You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods
Digital downloads or gift cards
Items marked as final sale
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
If rejected, we will notify you of the reason, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos). We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
